After the burglary incident, I went to file an EPO the following Monday. I was nervous, but felt it had to be done.

Let me be clear, before that night we were getting along. She actually had begun the process of dropping the DVO and we had a court date to do so. She had confided things to me such as wanting to buy a gun from her drug dealer to kill her daughter’s father.

I put together all my evidence and I go downtown to the domestic violence intake center. I am seen quickly by an employee and give her an overview of the situation. She is somewhat concerned that this could blow back on me due to the DVO she has on me, but I proceeded anyway. I am taken to a room with a computer to type out my statement.

Things I allege in my statement:

• She attempted to force her way in my home while leaving our child in the car.
• She regularly buys street adderall.
• Her threats of killing anyone I might get involved with romantically.
• Her threats of killing herself.
• Her threat to buy a gun to kill the father(BD2) of her daughter.
• Her pattern of harassing communication towards me.
• Her theft of my medication.

I finish it and submit it. They told me it could take like an hour and I’m welcome to wait.

I decide to go home and I call up there a few hours later. They tell me the EPO was granted and we had a court case the following week.

I look at the court dockets and this court date lands exactly on the same date as our other court case where she planned to drop her DVO.

The docket literally read:

Pfannenschmidt v. REDACTED

REDACTED v. Pfannenschmidt

So I begin getting ready for the big day and putting together physical evidence to back up all my claims. I also submit a report to CPS.

In my binder I go over her stimulant abuse. I show screenshots of her telling me she found some of my Ritalin in a diaper bag then her refusal to give them back.

First she mentions finding some of my medication.

I ask about them after getting said diaper bag. For some reason she removed them from the bag.

I have a friend inquire about them.

And again.

Still hasn’t delivered so she asks again.

I had to file a police report to get an earlier refill since it’s of a controlled substance.

Then there’s an admission of buying street adderall. I pushed the subject because I noticed a change in her behavior.

Then my mom tells me about some pills she found on the floor after REDACTING was at her home.

These are street adderall. If Apollo would have swallowed this he probably would have died.

I also had screenshots of large Zelle transactions to her dealer. I had them in my camera roll from a time we were together and I was working on our finances.

Then there were gratuitous threats of suicide. Something I would have been much more sympathetic to if she hadn’t used my own very legitimate threat of suicide against me to get a DVO.

Once again, she had no sympathy for me in this situation. I mentioned suicide once and it got clipped, taken to court, and I got a DVO.

She’s just trying to manipulate me.

Threats against others

Then there were threats towards anyone I would get involved with.

Then there was the situation where she had mentioned buying the gun from the drug dealer to kill her daughter’s father. While she told me this in person, I tried to get physical evidence. While she wouldn’t say it outright, she didn’t deny it.

Harassing Communications

Not even a few days after the EPO she began breaking the terms of the EPO.

I would get blank texts.

Then I get several calls from an anonymous number. They went like this.

Incoming call at 3:15am duration 5:02

I said hello multiple times trying to get a response. I hear faint crying. I ask if this is REDACTED?

Say hello again and hear sniffling.

Said I would hang up if nobody talks.

Ended call.

Outgoing call at 3:36am duration 6:00

I call back hoping to figure out who the mystery caller is for peace of mind.

I say hello. I ask if they can hear me.

I hear mumbling.

I say hello and someone responds “mmhmm.”

Begins to play music 1:38 in.

First song is “star song” by lil dirk. A song special to REDACTED and I.

Second song is “Skinny love”

Third song is “7 years” by Lucas Graham.

Fourth song is “I miss you” by Blink 182

Fifth song is “A Million Dreams,” from A Greatest Showman. A song that is very dear to REDACTED and I.

Sixth song unknown

Call ended

4:01am received call.

4:02am called back, duration 38s

Hear faint background music

At 1:50 caller says “Chris”

I say “uh-huh, yup”

I ask who this is because number is anonymous.

I hear faint breathing.

At 3:03 caller says “Why?”

I don’t respond.

At 4:31 caller says “Are you gonna put me in jail?”

I don’t respond.

At 7:37 call ends.

A few days after filing the EPO I get a call from Child Protective Services. They tell me they received my two reports.

I was confused as I had only put in one. They told me that any protection orders go to them if the person had been involved with CPS before and REDACTED had.

So I talk to her a while. She was not happy with REDACTED at all and they were taking this very seriously because of the allegations I made about REDACTED making a plan to murder BD2.

They also received a report from another party after an incident at her cousin’s funeral. She, of course, had to make this day about her. She got heavily intoxicated, drinking from a flask, and making a huge scene. Her aunt had to take our son as REDACTED just left him in the car while plowing through the funeral like a wrecking ball.

We soon had a date with CPS and a date with the family court.
